Life after losing a loved one can be very sad and silent. Grief is not the same for everyone. How we turn Grief into Good Grief can be difficult. Good Grief is accepting and trying to understand what has happened, but also being able to cope with loss in a positive way. We want to remember all the fun times we shared with the person, the trips we went on, or how the person held us in their arms. Good Grief is a journey to healing.
